Napa is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience working in renowned blue-chip companies. Currently, she serves as the Startups Segment Leader, Middle East, Africa, and Turkey, at AWS, and has held leadership roles at Google, Visa, Nokia, SAP, Cisco, and Microsoft.

She holds a Computer Science degree; an MBA; and a Harvard University leadership certificate. Excited about growing businesses, Napa leads an exceptional team at AWS to empower startups to grow and scale. She also contributes to the startup ecosystem by collaborating with non-tech founders to turn their ideas into scalable MVPs.

Driven by a passion for sharing knowledge gleaned from life experiences, a thriving career, and consulting for successful businesses, Napa has coached over 300 individuals globally through her ‘Built for Balance’ workshops, courses, and programs.
